JetBrokers Europe, the Farnborough Airport-based business aircraft broker, has selected UK charity fly2help as its charity of choice for 2011.
JetBrokers Europe will introduce business aircraft owners to the charity and help facilitate provision of aircraft to enable the charity to offer more of their renowned 'Air Smiles' Events. The first aircraft to be introduced to the charity is an Oxford Airport- based Beechcraft C90GTi.
fly2help is dedicated to helping children and their families who have suffered disaster, illness or tragedy by allowing them to experience the fun and joy of flying. Tim Barber, JetBrokers Europe Managing Director, said: "We plan to introduce as many aircraft owners as possible to fly2help, and hope that they will see the partnership as a great opportunity to help those less fortunate than themselves. Clearly it's an initiative that not every owner can support but we have already gained the commitment of a couple of owners, so we are feeling that we are off to a good start." "Forming this exciting new profile-building relationship with JetBrokers Europe is a terrific way to experience what fly2help is all about," said Mandy Pantall at fly2Help. "We are very pleased with their commitment and the generosity of their contacts and clients. It goes without saying that we are all very excited about the first flight."
