Embraer will participate in Asian Business Aviation Macau 2010 (ABA) at Macau International Airport, June 9 - 11. The Company will bring its largest executive jet aircraft, the Lineage 1000 (Demonstrator No. PT-SDD), to the event for static display. "Embraer attaches great importance to the Chinese aviation market, whose current economic status makes the country a breeding ground for the cultivation of a business aviation culture." said Guan Dongyuan, President of Embraer China. "We are delighted to be able to serve this market with a full line of executive jet products, ranging from entry level to ultra-large aircraft, to meet the needs of customers working under various operational models. The ABA event provides a platform for the Company to communicate with its customers, and enables us to comprehend the needs of this emerging market." Strong customer support is vital for the ultimate success of winning the market. "Taking advantage of a sizeable fleet of Embraer commercial jets already operated by a number of Chinese airlines, we have built up a comprehensive customer support capacity that will provide total-care services for them, whether individuals or organizations," Guan added. The aircraft started its tour in China on June 7 and will go on until June 13 with its demonstration flights in a number of Chinese cities, after leaving ABA's static display.
