Embraer has signed a contract with Aircraft Asset Management AAM GmbH, of Hallbergmoos, Germany, for the sale of two Legacy 650 executive jets.

The total value of this first European order at list price, is $ 59 M, based on 2010 economic conditions. The aircraft will be operated by private jet charter operator and Legacy 600 customer, DC Aviation, from Stuttgart, Germany. The deal is already included in Embraer's firm order backlog for the third quarter of 2009.
