Skyways Aviation is re-branding as Skyworld Aviation. The move comes after a reorganisation within the Salénia Group, which also saw Air Express being sold to the Swedish travel company, MCA Airlines.

Despite moving outside the Salénia Group, Skyworld Aviation will retain its exclusive role of assisting Swedish operators Skyways, Amapola & Direktflyg with their ongoing fleet requirements. As the new name suggests, Skyworld Aviation will also focus on developing its rapidly expanding international customer base.

With a view to strengthening its marketing efforts, Skyworld Aviation is also pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Matallana Bravo de Laguna. Carlos joins the company from Cranfield University, where he has recently completed an MSc in Air Transport Management.
