Career and Health Benefits Offered by Crew Advantage Programme

Source: fly-corporate.com

Crew Advantage, the benefits programme created by Jet Professionals for business aviation crews, offers participants training discounts and health and wellness benefits to help them advance their careers in business aviation.

Jet Professionals created Crew Advantage as a separate service for working crews who may never have had the opportunity to use Jet Professionals career services before. To participate in Crew Advantage, individuals must first meet the strict requirements met by all crews who use Jet Professionals' career services, including full documentation on their qualifications and passage of a comprehensive background screening.

A nominal yearly membership fee of $199 is required to join the Crew Advantage programme, however the career services of Jet Professionals are offered at no charge. "We know that training is the most costly expense for crews, and that they need it to stay current or achieve a new type rating," said George Kythreotis, managing director of Jet Professionals, The Americas. "The Crew Advantage programme helps aviation professionals to reach the next level in their career development by offering course selection assistance in conjunction with industry-leading flight training companies, plus unlimited access to initial and recurrent training programs at significant discounts."

Jet Professionals also assists in reserving the appropriate training courses. Other critical expenses for aviation professionals are health and wellness benefits. Crew Advantage offers participants and their families the opportunity to enroll in insurance programmes through CIGNA.
