Embraer has delivered the first Phenom 300 light executive jet, last Friday, May 14th, to a Brazilian customer.

The Phenom 300 was launched in 2005 to establish new standards of comfort and performance in the light jet category. The aircraft, which went into operation in December 2009, after being certificated by aviation agencies in Brazil, Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) and the United States Federal Aviation Administration(FAA), was recently approved by the
European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).

More than 100 Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 jets have already been sold in Latin America, 70 per cent of which to the Brazilian market.
