FlightSafety To Build New Facility

Source: fly-corporate.com

FlightSafety International will build a new flight simulation equipment design, manufacturing and support facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Construction of the new facility is scheduled to begin this spring and is expected to be completed in 2011. The building will include a dedicated area for component manufacturing, final assembly, and shipping and receiving.

The company will also offer training for the Dassault Falcon 7X aircraft at their Dallas/Fort Worth Learning Center. FlightSafety expects that training will begin in January, 2011.

In addition, the company has received certification of its training programmes by The Directorate General of Civil Aviation in Mexico. This certification includes the agency's validation of FlightSafety's Part 142 single certificate issued by the United States Federal Aviation Administration.
