Aviation News Item: 00797 5th May 2009 Goodrich to supply A350 XWB external video system Source: ubmaviationnews.com Airbus has selected Goodrich to supply the external video system for the A350 XWB, which is expected to generate more than $1bn in original equipment and aftermarket revenue over the life of the programme, according to Goodrich. The system includes three externally mounted digital video cameras and two concentrator-multiplexer for video (CMV) avionics modules. Work will be performed by the company's facilties in Burnsville, Minnesota, and Toulouse, France. |
