KAPCO has acquired Boone Extend (aka Bold Aerospace) a distributor of electrical, electromechanical and mechanical components for the aerospace and defense industries. The headquarters are located in France giving KAPCO the ability to better serve the European market, additional sales office locations are in the UK as well as the US. The acquisition of Boone Extend falls in line with KAPCO's strategic plan to increase their electrical product line and Airbus product support.
