Aviation News Item: 00749 18th May 2009 ANA to use MKS for 787 avionics software management Source: ubmaviationnews.com All Nippon Airways (ANA) is to employ the "Integrity" package of Canada-based IT provider MKS for software configuration and change management on 787 aircraft. "Our 'MKS Integrity for Avionics' solution will enable us to leverage the airplane software configuration data across our engineering and maintenance divisions, efficiently and securely verifying the integrity of the aircraft when software-related maintenance activity occurs," said Akio Ito, manager of maintenance and engineering systems for ANA's IT services department. |
