Aviation News Item: 00746 18th May 2009 ST Aerospace acquires Precision Products Singapore Source: ubmaviationnews.com Singapore Technologies Aerospace (ST Aerospace) has acquired all the shares of Precision Products Singapore (PPS) from Nippon Precision Casting Corporation, Renaissance Capital Management and Singapore Technologies Industrial Corporation respectively. The take-over worth SGD7.65m will be financed by internal cash resources, according to ST Aerospace. PPS manufactures casting and mould toolings for customers in the aerospace, defence, commercial, and oil and gas industries. ($1 = SGD 1.46) |
