March 2010 Bizav Activity Up 12.9% from February

 ARGUS' March 2010 TRAQPak business aircraft activity data shows a significant increase over February 2010.
TRAQPak data indicates March business aircraft activity was up 12.9% from February 2010. Reviewing individual market segments PT 91 small cabin activity increased 20.1%, PT 91k turbo prop was up 16.3%, with the small cabin aircraft category having the best overall showing at 16.6% above February 2010. Note: Adjusting for the difference in the number of days between March (31 days) and February (28 days), March still shows an overall increase.
Assessing the year over year results (March 2010 vs. March 2009) activity was up 8.5% overall, with the Part 91 operational market segment having the strongest increase at 11.5%. Looking at aircraft category results the mid size cabin jet market segment showed the biggest increase at 13.4%, small cabin aircraft category also had a considerable increase of 10.6% over March of the previous year.
