Kabul-based Safi Airways has signed an agreement with Travelport to participate in its global distribution system (GDS). The deal comes as the airline launches its first European service - Frankfurt to Kabul. It provides Galileo and Worldspan-connected travel agents worldwide with access to fares and routes from the Afghan carrier as well as the ability to e-ticket bookings.
