Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) opened a regional service centre in Lethbridge, Alberta/Canada, last week and also signed spare part distribution agreement with Dallas-based Aviall Services for PW901 auxiliary power units (APUs). The Lethbridge service centre is co-located with the company's PT6A engine production plant. It performs light and heavy maintenance on PT6, JT15D, PW100 and PW500 engine series, as well as light maintenance for the PW600 engine series. A 24/7 mobile repair team is also available. Under the distribution agreement, Aviall will supply new OEM spare parts to PW901 engine clients around the world.
