Aviation News Item: 00496 30th Jul 2009 Embraer's Paris service centre receives EASA certification for Phenom 100 Source: ubmaviationnews.com The Embraer service centre in Le Bourget has received EASA certification to perform line and base maintenance services for the Phenom 100 business jet. The Paris facility is part of the Brazilian airframer's network of executive aircraft service centre network in Europe, which includes OGMA, in Portugal, and four other authorised centres. It is located closely to the OEM's European spare parts distribution centre in Villepinte, France, which should provide quick access to parts and tools, and contribute to short aircraft downtime. |
