Panasonic Avionics has selected MCA Solutions' "Service Planning and Optimization" (SPO) technology to help improve the uptime and availability of its in-flight entertainment systems and boost service levels across its vast network of spare parts depots. "We will be implementing MCA's SPO to effectively plan and place spare parts throughout our worldwide maintenance support network," said Matthew Smith, VP of operations at Panasonic Avionics.
