Source: ubmaviationnews.com

A Cargolux 747-400 freighter touched the roof of a van that was parked on the runway with its undercarriage during landing at Luxembourg airport yesterday (January 21). The vehicle's driver was not injured but suffered shock; the aircraft landed safely. The incident happened in daylight hours at 12.53 local time (11.53 UTC), but the visibility was low (RVR 350m) due to fog. According to the Luxembourg government press office, the vehicle had been on the runway to service the lighting system. The van was badly damaged and one of the aircraft's tires was changed.
