Aviation News Item: 00415 21st Aug 2009 China Southern Airlines chooses Rockwell Collins avionics Source: ubmaviationnews.com China Southern Airlines has selected Rockwell Collins to provide avionics, including its 'MultiScan' weather radar and GLU-920 multi-mode receiver (MMR), for 10 A330 aircraft, with deliveries scheduled to start in March 2010. Other products chosen include: ADF-900 automatic direction finder, DME-900 distance measuring equipment, HFS-900D high frequency system, CPL 920D coupling unit, VHF-2100 very high frequency transceiver and GNA-910 global navigation antenna. |
