Irkut Corporation, the subsidiary of Russia's state-owned United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), has selected Ohio, US-based Eaton Corporation to supply the hydraulic system for the MC21 single-aisle aircraft. The announcement was made at the Moscow Air Show (MAKS). "The MC21 project represents a major advancement in the redevelopment of the Russian Aerospace Industry," said Brad Morton, president of Eaton's aerospace group.
