Aviation News Item: 00404 25th Aug 2009 EgyptAir selects RC avionics for A330s Source: ubmaviationnews.com EgyptAir has selected Rockwell Collins (RC) avionics for five A330 aircraft with an option for three additional aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled from August 2010 on through 2012. The agreement includes the 'Multiscan' hazard detection system, TTR-2100 traffic avoidance system, as well as a full communications, navigation and surveillance suite including the GLU-925 multi-mode receiver. |
