Aviation News Item: 00386 28th Aug 2009 Magellan to scrap CRJs for Bombardier Source: ubmaviationnews.com Bombardier Services and Magellan Aircraft Services have signed an agreement under which Magellan will scrap CRJ100/200 regional jets, refurbish useable components and market them to operators; Magellan is an aftermarket support company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The initial agreement covers 10 CRJ100 aircraft managed by Bombardier Commercial Aircraft's Asset Management Group (AMG). |
