Aviation News Item: 00342 10th Sep 2009 Aegean Airlines extends heavy maintenance contract with LHT Source: ubmaviationnews.com Greece-based Aegean Airlines has renewed its contract with Lufthansa Technik (LHT) regarding C checks for 737 and A320-family aircraft. The agreement comprises 14 A320s, three A321s and two 737-400s. The aircraft will be serviced at the MRO provider's Malta facility and Shannon Aerospace, a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Irish Republic, between December 2009 and February 2011. LHT performed heavy maintenance services for Aegean Airlines on three A320s and three 737s in 2008. |
