A Sukhoi Superjet 100 has undergone a series of tests at Shirak Airport in Armenia. These tests will assess takeoff and landing performance as well as climb rate characteristics, with the aim of demonstrating the capability of the aircraft to sustain safe take off and landing, including missed approaches. The tests are also intended to evaluate the main aircraft systems performance, with a focus on engine and auxiliary power unit operation.
