Aviation News Item: 00285 25th Sep 2009 MTU Maintenance Hannover garners orders worth €50m Source: ubmaviationnews.com MTU Maintenance Hannover said it has won engine maintenance business worth a total of €50m ($73.4m) over the past few weeks. The contract with the biggest single order volume was awarded by Air New Zealand. The airline will be sending 38 CF6-80C2 powering its 747-400s to the MRO affiliate of Munich-based MTU Aero Engines. |
