Canadian Helicopters Income Fund declares monthly distribution

Canadian Helicopters Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: CHL.UN) announced today its monthly distribution of $0.091875 per unit covering the period of November 1, 2009 to November 30, 2009, will be paid on December 15, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2009.
