Source: fly-corporate.com
VistaJet is merging its three service areas, giving customers a transparent pricing model, owner and Chairman Thomas Flohr said today in Geneva.
Speaking at EBACE Mr Flohr said that the company's innovative approach to changing industry standards was gaining attention from customers looking for guaranteed availability, but who are increasingly sensitive about costs. He also used the show to announce a 25% price reduction on all return flights for programme customers, with immediate effect.
VistaJet, which has its operations centre in Salzburg, Austria, saw a 25% increase in revenue in the first quarter of 2009 compared to the same period in 2008. The company is taking delivery of seven aircraft in 2009, as planned, and will subsequently fly these throughout the three regions in its single service area, including Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
