Ocean Sky Doubles Aircraft Under Management
Source: fly-corporate.com
Ocean Sky has doubled the number of aircraft under its management in the first three months of 2009.
Demand from Russia is driving the dramatic growth, with 11 aircraft signed over to Ocean Sky since the beginning of January and more expected by June.
The London-based full service operator, which has a strong presence in Moscow, attributes the dramatic increase in business to an "intensive scrutiny" of costs and charges. This has seen reductions of up to 30% passed on to clients.
The 11 new aircraft added to its managed fleet by Ocean Sky are all from owners within Russia and the CIS.
The new aircraft under Ocean Sky management are two Gulfstream 150s, three Gulfstream 450s, one Gulfstream 550, one Challenger 604, two Challenger 605s, and two Falcon 900s.
