ARG/US Releases April Business Aircraft Activity

The gap between 2009 and 2008 in business aircraft activity levels narrowed slightly this April compared to April 2008 at -18.8%, (Jan-Mar 2009 vs. same period in 2008 declined more than -31% on average).
TRAQPak data indicates April business aircraft activity decreased a slight 1.86% from the previous month (March 2009). Historically April activity is lower than March. In 2007 activity slowed 5.07% and in 2008 it declined 10.78%. ARG/US estimates flight activity has dropped an average of 2.23% per month for the last twelve months, with total flight activity declining 21.23% year over year.
