Jet Aviation recently leased a new hangar facility at Brazil's Sorocaba Airport as part of the company's aircraft management services expansion in the region.

The newly built 24,000 sq ft hangar can house up to five aircraft, including Embraer Legacy, Gulfstream 550, super mid-size corporate jets or smaller aircraft. In addition, the facility features a passenger and pilot lounge with Wi-fi Internet service, refreshments and entertainment systems, and provides office and storage space for tenants.

Jet Aviation established its presence in Brazil in 2006 when it opened a sales office in Sao Paulo, near the Congonhas International Airport where the company provides aircraft management, charter and aircraft sales services to the Latin American market.
