Falcon Subsidiary A-PRO Links Safety to Quality of Work

 With 4,000 consecutive accident-free days, A-PRO (Aero Precision and Overhaul) claims that its employees are not the only ones to benefit from the company's high safety standards.
A-PRO provides OEM quality repair and overhaul services on all Falcon models for landing gear and hydraulic components. It is a joint venture subsidiary of Dassault Falcon and Messier Services.
A-PRO President, Alex Tearle, attributes the nearly 11 years of accident-free operation to the combined efforts of its safety programme, management cooperation and employee dedication. "Our safety committee has set some very high standards of operation, which not only ensure our own safety, but also improve the quality of our work," said Tearle. He added that employees participate in the committee on a rotating basis to bring in fresh ideas and best practices. Periodic shop walk-throughs and safety audits ensure a consistently safe working environment. A-PRO is ISO 9001:2000 certified.
