Embraer reinforced its partnership with Falcon Aviation Services (FAS), of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE), by signing an agreement to extend its maintenance capabilities to the ultra-large Lineage 1000 executive jet.

FAS became an Embraer Authorized Service Center in the Middle East, in November 2008, taking responsibility for the entry level Phenom 100, light Phenom 300, and super midsize Legacy 600 executive jets. Falcon Aviation Services operates two Legacy 600s and is due to receive one more this year. The company also has two Legacy 500 and four Phenom 300 jets on order, plus two Lineage 1000s.
