In the past six months, FlyContract.com says it has seen demand for contract pilots and flight attendants increase by more than 50%.

While some employers have reduced their full-time staff, others have a need for more staff or part-time flight crew.

FlyContract.com has been developed to help streamline the selection process by allowing employers to skip the job-posting step in their search and go straight to contacting the pilot they need.
