Jet Aviation will be providing line maintenance services to Gulfstream operators at its Sorocaba, Brazil, facility.

The company expects authorisation by the Agencia Nacional de Aviacao Civil (ANAC) in the second quarter of 2010. Earlier this year, Jet Aviation reported that it had leased a 24,000 sq ft hangar at Sorocaba Airport to expand its aircraft management services in the region and to provide hangar space for its clients.

Once authorised, Jet Aviation Brazil will conduct line maintenance services on all Gulfstream aircraft at Sorocaba. The company also plans to service other aircraft models and will add further capabilities in the near future.
