PAC Delivers New Camera Mount to Nakanihon Air Service

Source: verticalmag.com

PAC International delivered the first article of a new camera mount system to Nakanihon Air Service of Nagoya, Japan, to facilitate their customers' ability to carry stabilized camera systems weighing up to 120 pounds. Nakanihon is one of Japan's largest helicopter operators serving a broad array of markets. This specific system was installed by Nakanihon and certified by the JCAB on the AgustaWestland A109E. Nevertheless, the system could conceivably be installed on any helicopter with a flat underside. Nakanihon's first customer for this installation is a police agency and an important issue for that customer was the ability to easily mount the system to either side of the aircraft. Further, there are other customers in the Japanese market interested in procuring this system now that it has been fielded.

PAC, with their principal offices at 226 Airport Road, Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, has over 30 years of experience proving quality rotorcraft services to a customer base in almost 50 countries world-wide. PAC is a Part 145 FAA Repair Station, a Bell Customer Service Facility and a Bell QPS-110 vendor.
