SkyNode S200 Satcom System Receives EASA STC

 Norway-based Airlift AS, an international dealer for Latitude Technologies, has successfully obtained EASA STC "EASA.R.S.01574" for the installation of Latitude Technologies' SkyNode S200 Satellite Communications Systems.
The STC covers installations in the Eurocopter EC225, AS332 and SA330 series helicopters. The original installation was on an AS332 Super Puma used in extremely remote areas near and above the Arctic Circle where reliable communications and flight tracking are highly critical to aircraft logistics, SAR operations and safety. The STC can be adapted to other helicopter types and will be available for sale by Airlift. The SkyNode S200 can be installed by Airlift at their Bygstad, Norway facility or by any EASA Part 145 repair station worldwide.
